LAKE BUTLER, Fla. -- The Union County Sheriff's Office said it recovered a suicide note and three weapons from the home of the man who went on a shooting spree before taking his own life in Lake Butler.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the suicide note contained the names of all four shooting victims, and the name of fifth target who investigators did not name.  The target has been interviewed by detectives and is fine.

Investigators said Hubert Allen Jr. drove to several locations Saturday morning and shot four people.  Pritchett trucking owner Marvin Pritchett, 80, and Rolando Gonzalez-Delgado, 28, were killed.

Lewis Mabrey Jr., 66, and David Griffis, 44, survived. Sheriff Jerry Whitehead said Mabry is still in the hospital and could be released this week. Whitehead said Griffis is extremely critical.

Whitehead said deputies recovered a .22 caliber rifle, a .410 shotgun and a .32 caliber handgun from Allen's home.

Notice once again that public is NOT ALLOWED TO know anything other than what they want you to know. The reason will be not released publically so as to discourage more such acts, but still years after this policy they continue to happen.
