JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- JSO investigators are looking for a suspected robber they believe has targeted local banks more than once.
The Alive Credit Union on Atlantic Boulevard was robbed around 10 Monday morning.
Investigators on the scene tell Action News the suspect was unarmed.
He is described as a black man about 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a khaki shirt, a curly woman's wig and big sunglasses.
Investigators say they believe this man has robbed area financial institutions in recent weeks.
This is the second time an Alive Credit Union has been robbed in as many months.
In October, the Alive Credit Union on Baymeadows Road was robbed
by a man who pretended to be a nurse. In that robbery the man also wore a curly wig.
If you have any information on who the suspect may be and his whereabouts you're asked to call CrimeStoppers at 866-845-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous. Tips leading to an arrest could be eligible for a $3,000 reward.
