JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- One fan is recovering after he was punched multiple times and knocked unconscious in a pond at the Georgia-Florida Game.

Police have arrested 20-year-old James Colby and charged him with aggravated battery.

JSO says Colby admitted to punching William Cesery III during a fight that ended up in a pond outside Lot J at EverBank Field.

Colby told detectives once he saw Cesery's blood in the water and realized Cesery had been knocked out, he pulled Cesery out of the water. That's when Colby was arrested.

JSO says alcohol was a factor in the fight. Cesery has been released from the hospital, with a few stitches. He is expected to make a full recovery.

This encounter was the foolish actions of an underage drunk. The worse thing about this is not one person tried to stop it. Someone just stood by and filmed. This is more disturbing to me than the kid getting knocked unconscious.
