DECATUR, Ga. (AP) -- State investigators say a University of Georgia student whose body was found in a creek last month committed suicide.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said in a statement Wednesday that state chief medical examiner Dr. Kris Sperry determined Rebecca Greene intentionally consumed "very large quantities" of diphenhydramine, the main drug found in non-prescription sleeping aid medications.

Sperry said the 22-year-old inadvertently fell into a cold stream, and later died from environmental hypothermia.

An Athens-Clarke County police officer found her body in the stream Nov. 19. She was last seen the evening of Nov. 18.

I don't trust Georgia coroners anyway. They were the ones that messed up the findings of the poor young boy wrapped up dead in the gym mat. Accident?? Seriously?? Is the any survellaince video of Rebecca actually taking these drugs? ALSO.....when I was in college, I had not yet realized that I had an allergy to ephedrine type substances. I took Benadryl and no doz and almost died from the reaction. My intention was to stay up all night. I happened to be in the dorm when I collapsed and not outside alone. I don't think they should rush to judgement here.....EVEN IF SHE WAS KNOWN TO BE DEPRESSED, which I've never seen reported. What a drag if I had died and they ruled I committed suicide when all I wanted to do was stay "up" to study.

I think they need to look into this more, I believe she had the meds in her system but not that she took them....
