JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Four people are dead after a gunman's rampage inside a home on Randolph Street.  The killer or killers remain on the loose.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office rushed to 1107 Randolph Street around 11 p.m. Thursday to investigate the shooting.

Investigators found three people dead at the scene.  The fourth victim, a woman. was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.

In all, two women and two men were killed.

Police identified the victims as Gontrell Hagans, 27; Derek L. Williams, 25; Keshell L. Brown, 21 and Keyonna Brown, 22.

"It still hasn't triggered yet," said Alexis Brown.  Her sisters are among the dead.

"Both of them was real nice, they liked making people laugh, making people smile. That was just them," said aunt Tashay Brown.

Family and friends have gathered at the scene to console each other.

A woman who lives in an apartment complex behind the home said her neighborhood is generally quiet.

She told Action News she's nervous a killer is on the loose and that the shooter must've known the victims because, "people don't just let people inside their homes here."

Investigators do not have a description of the killer or killers.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.

You will remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward of up to $3,000 if your tip leads to an arrest.

As reported these guys are involved in the drug business. Surely these girls knew it. They chose the lifestyle. I certainly am not "shocked' that they were murdered. Sure no one "deserves" to die in this manner, but again it is the lifestyle. Cash~tax free~money, easy to get used to that. How nice these guys spent money on their kids. Does not matter what color, when one chooses this lifestyle, bad things happen. It happens everywhere everyday. I look forward to the outcome of the investigation. As always there are some that know who pulled the trigger, wonder of the reward will out weigh the "no snitch" policy. Just saying.
