Northbound I-95 near Emerson Street reopen after crash
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All northbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Emerson Street have reopened after a crash.
The number of injuries was not immediately released. A light pole is down slowing traffic in the area. The backup extends to JTB. Use U.S. 1 as an alternate route.
