JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Firefighters have contained a large fire that started on the roof of a new apartment complex at the St. Johns Town Center.
Witnesses told Action News they saw several explosions.

No one was hurt. All the workers were on the bottom floor when firefighters arrived.
