JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All lanes are open after crews spent Wednesday morning clearing a crash from the southbound lanes of I-295 and 103rd.

An officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office told our photographer that the driver of a Chevy Impala was entering the highway from 103rd Street shortly before 6 a.m. when it clipped a Mercedes.

The officer said the Impala then swerved into the guardrail before flipping on its side. The driver of that car was taken to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe speed played a factor in the crash.

Florida Highway Patrol and Jacksonville Fire and Rescue also reported to the scene.

The roadway was cleared around 7:30 a.m.
