I was the one who called 911. One man was hit who had just finished wind surfing with his son. I felt the lighting strike and then looked over and saw him laying on the beach. I yelled to my wife I think that guy got struck by lightning. At the same time a lady who was looking for sharks's tooths yelled to call 911. I did and she began administering CPR. Another guy came running and helped with the CPR until paramedics arrived (it took them a while). St Johns County police were there within two minutes but it took the paramedics close to 10 minutes to arrive. We did hear the one who was stuck ask the paramedics what the "F" happened. His son looked pretty upset but they did let me be transported with his father. The lady who started CPR really did save the mans life.
