JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was called out Saturday afternoon to investigate a suspicious object at JEA's generating stations in North Jacksonville.

The electrical plant is located at 4377 Heckscher Drive.

JEA spokesperson Gerri Boyce tells Action News the call-out originated from an employee who saw a suspicious object.

After the JSO bomb squad investigated the object it turned out to be nothing more than a duffel bag with chicken-wire and rags inside according to Boyce.

No one was hurt during the incident.
