JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The bicyclist who was shot and killed has been identified as 50-year-old Larry Maurice Gibbs.
Gibbs was shot on Thursday, September 6, 2012. Gibbs was riding a bike in the 9200 block of Danville Avenue when he was shot. Gibbs was found lying in the road at the intersection of Danville Avenue and Donnybrook Avenue.
