I agree Gunny48, if they know who and where these losers are, they should put together a task force and go in and clean the streets of these thugs. Why 'instigate the ignorant idea' like our Government is, that guns are the problem when the problem is drugs and the idiots that are using them.

"Rutherford said, 'We know that drugs are the nexus for violent crime in our area. If you overlay a map of our drug arrest hot spots, our murders occur in the same areas.' " - and we solve this problem by ignoring it & laying off police officers??

What about sex of the criminals? What about race? what about age? What about education level? What about income level and source? The media doesn't have the guts to dig down too deeply because they would have to face an unavoidable truth. This is all about advocating gun control and the media also wants to be able to blame guns instead of a certain group of people. That certain group is going to commit crimes whether they have to use guns, knives, or baseball bats. Take a look at Europe. Many countries have outlawed guns and the criminals keep on killing. Over there they have gone so stupid that in some countries it is a crime to use violence to protect one's self and family.

Want to break it down into male ethnic groups and compare percentage against overall ratio to the entire male population? Percentage of single parent households on government support that these criminals come from? etc.?...didn't think so...
