JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Action news obtained exclusive video seconds after shots rang out inside Regency Square Mall.
The victim was able to stand up after the incident as people gathered around her to make sure she’s ok.
The woman was hit once in the arm after three men opened fire near the food court.
