JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- The blue man may look startling at first...but today, he gave a surprise of a lifetime.
Experience Genie is his name. Blessing people is his game.
"One day I just kind of decided, if I can't do it for my father, I can actually do it for other people," he said.
This time, it was Joann Isaac, who has a devastating lung disease...and her sister Deborah Howell, who's battling cancer.
"I'm just so stunned. I'm still surprised. I cried because it was for something that I've been through and am still going through," Howell said.
The ladies were whisked away for an airboat tour, a massage, a dolphin tour, and a tasty meal.
They even got tickets to a Jags game and a night at the Courtyard by Mariott.
"It's just a wonderful experience. And I never would have expected it," Isaac said.
The Genie was there every step of the way. Years ago...he sold his business and started this project with his own savings.
Now, sponsors like Subaru of Jacksonville are helping him make dreams come true. It's a plan he wants to do in big cities around the country.
"When they called and said they'd be back in Jacksonville, we jumped at the chance to do it," Peyton Toomey with Subaru of Jacksonville said.
Although the sisters have a long road ahead health-wise...today, the mission was accomplished. They had fun, laughed and took their minds off their troubles for a little while.
"It's wonderful. I can't explain it," Isaac said with a smile.
