Fourth sexual assault suspect turns himself in
FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- The fourth suspect charged in connection with a March sexual assault in Flagler Beach turned himself in.
Frank Goggans, turned himself in about 12:30 p.m. at the Flagler County Detention Facility.
He is expected to post a bond of $25,000 on a charge of kidnapping. Three other men wanted in connection with the assault have already turned themselves in.
Kurt Benjamin surrendered himself Saturday morning on a warrant charging him with sexual battery and kidnapping and was transferred to the Clay County Jail. He is being held on $100,000 bond.
Daniel Goggans turned himself in to the Flagler County Detention Facility on Oct. 31. He was transferred to the St. Johns County Jail where he was released Nov. 5 after posting $100,000 bond on charges of sexual battery and kidnapping.
Charles Larkin Cowart turned himself in Oct. 30. He is charged with sexual battery and kidnapping. He is being held without bond.
