JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who pulled a gun on a woman serving a stack of divorce papers is going to prison.

A jury convicted Clyde Mobley of aggravated assault.  Police arrested him last October.  Authorities say he pulled a gun on a civil process server who went to Mobley's home to serve divorce papers.
