Gun greets woman serving divorce papers
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who pulled a gun on a woman serving a stack of divorce papers is going to prison.
A jury convicted Clyde Mobley of aggravated assault. Police arrested him last October. Authorities say he pulled a gun on a civil process server who went to Mobley's home to serve divorce papers.
Mobley faces five years in prison. He will be sentenced next month.
