JEA announces organizational changes
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- JEA announced several departures today in effort to focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The vice president of water/wastewater production and delivery, vice president customer relationships, vice president shared services, vice president environmental services, and the chief human resources officer left today.
Brian Roche was promoted to vice president and general manager of water/wastewater systems.
The three open executive positions are: chief customer officer, chief human resources officer and chief financial officer.
These three directors will serve as the senior executives in their respective areas to assist in the transition: Director of Emerging Workforce Strategies Walette Stanford (Human Resources); Director Meter Reading and Billing Sheila Pressley (Customer Relationship); and Director Procurement Services John McCarthy (Shared Services).
"Now JEA is set to move forward to accomplish our goal of improving customer satisfaction," explained JEA CEO and Managing Director Paul McElroy.
