Local jeweler makes large donation

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- The President of Underwood Jewelers presented a check in the amount of $2,219 to the Cultural Center of Ponte Vedra Beach on Wednesday.

The Cultural Center is a tax-exempt organization whose goal is to bring the arts to the beaches community.

All the money that was donated was raised through this past April's David Yurman Trunk Show.

The donation will help the center continue its art education programs.
