JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Friday for his involvement in a 2008 murder.
Harvey Badger, 29, pleaded guilty in October 2012 to a charge of accessory after the fact to second-degree murder.
Badger was present during the Christmas Day shooting of Wayne Brown. After the shooting, Badger drove Brown's car away from the crime scene. The shooter has never been charged with the murder due to Badger's actions. Badger also has multiple past drug convictions.
