ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla.-- Randy Harr sits in the Alachua County Jail waiting on an extradition hearing back to Tennessee.

Harr was arrested Thursday night near Gainesville by U.S. Marshals and the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office.

According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Bryon Carroll, Harr is wanted on charges of murder, arson, and burglary. He is accused of killing his ex-wife’s husband in Hawkins County, Tennessee back in March.

The murder suspect was living off the lands in the woods off of Hawthorne Road according to a U.S. Marshal’s press release.

No word on when Harr will face an Alachua County judge.
