JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- The team at the ASAP clinic is passionate about their work. And that's why they wanted to create a place where people can get the help they need when they need it.

Nurse Practioner Rebecca Dorn says the walk-in clinic is a great tool for people dealing with today's issues.

"Anyone who is having difficulty with their job, in fear of losing it, or already has. Because an identity crisis can go along with that. People identify a lot with their jobs and who they are."

It can take more than a month to get an appointment at a traditional doctor's office and Dorn says that's too long.

"Typically when someone is anxious or depressed it gets to a point where it is urgent. They don't need to wait weeks before they start medication or therapy."

The clinic is located at 6817 Southpoint Parkway.  For more information call (904)296-1901.
