GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- A Clay County man was sentenced to five years in prison on Friday after trying to meet up with a fictional 13-year-old in April.

Michael Garrett Miller, 28, pleaded guilty to traveling to meet a minor as well as having marijuana and hydrocodone in his possession.

Miller's arrest was part of an online undercover operation organized by the Clay County Sheriff's Office called "Operation Don't Play in Clay."

Eighteen others were arrested in the operation.

I should clarify this guy should be buried under the jail I am not defending him simply pointing out below that there is 2 sets laws in this country we need to go back to 1 set of laws for all citizens.

Yea to bad sick creeps in Congress dont get jailed. A Congressman seduces a 17 year old boy while hes age 43 no charges. Allowed to step down in such way that his party keeps his seat. Wonder what would happen if some guy age 43 down here had sex with 17 year old girl. Would there be no charges 2 sets laws for different people. Got teachers being thrown in jail for sex with 17 year olds but Congress thats different case.

Marijuanna and hydrocodone together is a guarantee he was up to something SICK. Because mixing these two types of pharmaceutical drugs are extremely dangerous without a Doctors close supervision. I'm sure he will get a quick lesson in prison, of how it feels to be assaulted. TOO BAD, he won't have any drugs to numb HIS pain then. To SICK creeps everywhere, GET HELP.
