Pay day loan robbery suspect arrested
PALATKA, Fla. -- Police say a man tried to rob a pay day loan business.
The robbery attempt happened at PayDay Loans on State Road 19 Monday evening.
Palatka police arrested Michael Bankhardt, 20, of Palatka on charges of armed robbery and battery.
He is being held without bond.
