ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- An RV crashed on I-95 earlier tonight, blocking several lanes of northbound traffic.

The crash snarled traffic between the exits for state roads 207 and 16.

According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, Willie Dorsey, 52, of Chesapeake, Va. and Cylenthia Baldwin, 55, of Dania, Fla., were heading northbound on Interstate 95 when the front tire separated. Dorsey, who was driving, lost control of the vehicle and it overturned onto the passenger side.

Dorsey and Baldwin, who were both wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries in the crash.

St. Johns County Fire Rescue and the state Department of Environmental Protection were on the scene to help clean up the diesel fuel leak.

I was actually RIGHT NEXT TO THE RV when this happened and only myself and one other vehicle made it past the RV when this happened. The RV blew a front tire which caused the accident. I heard the "POW!", looked to my right and saw the front end drop down. Luckily it was the passenger side b/c had it been the driver side, it may have pulled right into us! I looked in my rearview to see if they were able to pull off the road when all of a sudden the RV turned sideways (taking up multiple lanes on the freeway) and rolled over on it's side. Thank goodness there were no injuries!
