JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police arrested a man for assaulting another man in a mall parking lot, possibly because of road rage.

Lee Homer Greene faces one count of battery.

Police say he punched and grabbed the throat of another man in the parking lot outside of Publix on Tuesday afternoon. Investigators believe Greene became angry when the victim almost hit him as the victim nearly ran a stop sign at the Roosevelt mall.

Greene told police he wanted an apology from the victim, who just laughed at him. Greene told police he used his left hand to push the victim in his upper chest.
