Sandy strands Fletcher HS students in New York
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Sandy took a big bite out of the Big Apple and though her fury was hundreds of miles away, she's left many from Jacksonville stranded in New York, including eight students and two teachers from Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach.
