Search for local bank robber intensifies
CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- Clay County deputies are releasing new information about the search for a local bank robber.
Police are still looking for the man who robbed the Compass bank on Blanding Boulevard on August 1, 2012.
He was wearing a black ball cap. He had a thin build with no visible tattoos on his forearms. The suspect did have dark hair on his arms. He was wearing a long black curly wig with a dark-colored bandana. His hands were covered by food service-type plastic gloves. The suspect was also seen carrying a revolver with a white grip.
The suspect was seen leaving the scene toward a nearby neighborhood. A late-model silver Toyota 4-Runner was seen leaving immediately after the bank robbery.
