Suspect wanted for lewd act on a child turns himself in

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are no longer looking for a man accused of committing a lewd act on a girl at Walmart.

The incident reportedly happened on Tuesday just before 9 p.m. at the Walmart on Atlantic Boulevard, just east of Kernan.

Police say a man followed a 13-year-old girl around the store while her mother shopped. He then performed a lewd act on her.

According to Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the suspect in the case turned himself in overnight.

Specific details about the suspect will be released by JSO at a later date.

The camera doesn't show anything other than him walking in the same direction as her. That proves nothing! He is a good man and he is already be deamed quilty when he did nothing wrong! He is innocent!

Well considering I know him and have for a long time. I know he didn't do what he was accused of.
