Violent sexual predator confined
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man who had lewd contact with an 11-year-old girl in his care will be confined indefinitely.
A jury sentenced William Alphonso Boston to indefinite confinement at the Florida Civil Commitment Center in Arcadia.
A jury convicted Boston of lewd and lascivious conduct involving an 11-year-old girl. He received four years in prison and three years of probation for the crime.
Boston got in trouble again in 2008 when a judge sentenced him to five years in prison for attempted sexual battery of two young girls that he was babysitting.
After a civil trial, a jury sentenced Boston to indefinite confinement.
