JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The video of a backyard beating is going viral. It shows a father playing catch with his son, but the young boy drops the ball. And his dad rushes over with a belt, whips him multiple times and brings the boy to tears. The neighbor rushed over to confront the father. And now police are looking into it.
