JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Human trafficking is one of the most underreported crimes in the United States.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says it is becoming a big issue even here in Northeast Florida.

A new congressional bill hopes to support survivors and provide grant funding to state and local initiatives to combat the problem.

Two local lawyers are working to raise awareness. Mike and Crystal Freed sat down with Dawn Lopez to discuss the needed changes.
