A Jacksonville native with a mother in the business, Leslie was practically raised in a newsroom. She started her career just two weeks after graduating from Stanton College Preparatory School, working behind the scenes designing graphics and producing newscasts.
As producer of CBS47 News at 11pm, Leslie won the Edward R. Murrow award for "Best Newscast" in Florida and Georgia.
She stepped in front of the camera in 2001.
While she's not at work, Leslie enjoys going to the beach, live music, movies, and shopping.
