Our wet weather pattern will persist through Wed.  Bands of heavy showers & storms will rotate north/northeast producing periods of very heavy rain.  This set-up will start to break up by the 4th of July.  The First Coast won't be dry yet by Independence Day but showers & storms will become more scattered & -- as onshore flow increases -- much of the rain will have a tendency to push more inland later in the day.  Much of the rain could be west of Jax by firework's time Thu. evening.  This pattern will become even more pronounced Fri. through Sun. as onshore surface winds develop while upper level high pressure builds overhead.  Beaches will manage to stay a little cooler while inland locations will jump to 90+.
So the "Buresh Bottom Line":
* on-&-off heavy rain through Wed.
* potential for localized flooding
* 4th of July is our transition day -- still scattered showers & storms with heavy rain but a tendency for the rain to push more inland in the afternoon with a diminishing trend by evening.
* drier & hotter Fri. through the weekend
