Another gorgeous day Fri. before a change for the weekend. Gusty onshore east to northeast winds will surge into the area Sat. bringing a cool day to the beaches in particular. There should be enough moisture for at least a few showers to move inland from the Atlantic. Temps. at the beaches will only be in the 70s reaching the low 80s well inland. Winds will decrease some Sun., but it will still be at least a little breezy at the coast with afternoon highs a few degrees warmer than Sat. The onshore winds will bring rough seas & surf & a high rip current risk at area beaches.

Action News is the media sponsor for "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Sat. morning (13th). The event will be at Treaty Oak Park in downtown Jacksonville & at "Best Bet" in Orange Park. The weather looks pleasantly cool & breezy.
