No changes in the dry, mild weather forecast through the weekend into early next week. Near record highs inland will reach 80 or a little above with lows only in the 50s to low 60s. There will be late night/morning fog & low clouds but pretty high humidity will make it feel much more like spring. A cold front will finally arrive by Wed. night/Thu. bringing cooler air though no frigid air is likely anytime soon. Even though we've reached mid winter, most places in Eastern/Southern Duval Co. & points south have not yet hit freezing this season.

NASA contest for High School students:
NASA "Earth Science" missions are kicking off a new video contest engaging high school age students to produce a video communicating NASA Earth Science to younger students. Students are consuming over 10 hours of media a day and video is increasingly important to communicate and inform about science. NASA is looking for talented High School students to create videos that engage students in Earth Science.
Winners will have their videos posted on NASA's website. They will also get the opportunity to be a NASA Producer working with NASA scientists and communication experts in July 2013 to produce an Earth Science feature video.
Who can enter?
The contest is open to high school residents of the United States Submissions can be by individuals or teams. Upload videos to YouTube and tag with "NASAREELscience2012" (it began in 2012) by 11:59pm EST on February 15, 2013. Check out Youtube for samples, and find details ** here **.
