JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- What a lot of busts we've had about soda bans.

New York, first trying to ban all soft drinks bigger than 16 ounces.

Mississippi passing a law that no local government can restrict any food or beverage choice.

You know what, I am completely in favor of buying whatever drink you want.

I don't like the idea of a soda ban, but did you know consumption of soft drinks has gone down year after year after year?

And do you know what's gone up?

Which is great because even though i think you should have the choice to drink whatever you want whatever size container you want, the truth is, too much consumption of sugary drinks is not good for you.

In fact you look at all the health problems that result from it.

So why don't you toast freedom with some water.

By the way, when you're drinking water drink it from the tap!

Don't waste money on bottled water.

You can go to my website for more information on these soda bans.
