Jags begin OTA's Monday
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville Jaguars will being their offseason training activities (OTA's) on Monday at Everbank Field.
The Jags will have three sessions a week for the next month and they are all closed to the public.
Monday will be an interesting day because wide receiver Justin Blackmon is expected to talk publicly for the first time since being suspended four games by the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
The rookie draft class and undrafted free agents will be practicing with the veterans for the first time as well on Monday.
