JACKSONVILLE, Fla. It might have been the most intense practice of camp so far, but at least a half dozen veterans got the day off Friday.  Tyson Alualu, Paul Posluszny, Brad Meester, Jason Babin, Roy Miller, and Eugene Monroe all sat out todays practice.

Also missing from the lineup Jeremy Mincey who's out with a "head contusion" and Justin Forsett who has some kind of a "turf toe" according to the head coach. Bradley said overall he's pleased with the first week of camp, noting at times "the offense does some great things, but then as you saw today bogged down a bit in the red zone, where the defense stepped up and stopped them three straight times".

Visiting Jags practice today UF athletics director Jeremy Foley and some members of the Jacksonville Suns baseball team.

Jacksonville will be inside the stadium tomorrow night for a scrimmage that begins at 6:45pm. It is open to the public.
