JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - The Jacksonville Jaguars have waived rookie receiver Kevin Elliott and activated rookie offensive lineman Austin Pasztor from the practice squad.

The team also signed receiver Jerrell Jackson to the practice squad.

Elliott, who started one game and played in a dozen more for the Jaguars (2-11), caught seven passes for 70 yards. He also played a key role on special teams. But Elliott dropped numerous passes this season, including two in Sunday's 17-10 loss to the New York Jets. He also was flagged for illegal touching on a key play with about a minute left.

Pasztor, a 6-foot-7, 308-pound Canadian, spent 12 weeks on Jacksonville's practice squad after spending training camp with Minnesota. He was the fourth overall pick by the Edmonton Eskimos in the 2012 Canadian Football League draft.
