Jaguars sweep Texans, have won four of five
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--Maurice Jones-Drew went over the 100 yard rushing mark for the first time this season and Chad Henne threw two touchdown passes as the Jaguars finished off Houston 27-20 at Everbank.
The Jaguars jumped out to a 14-0 lead on touchdown passes from Henne to Lewis and Shorts. Houston eventually benched their starter Case Keenum and replaced him with Matt Schaub who brought the team within four, but a late interception by Geno Hayes sealed the win for the Jags.
With the win, the Jaguars first at home since last November, the team now has won four of its last five games since starting the year 0-8. Next up, a home game against Buffalo next Sunday at 1pm.
Houston has lost 11 straight football games and is now 2-11 on the season.
