JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Call them the three Musketeers--Greg, Claude and big sister, Jackie. The tie that binds them is Jackie's lessons of love for the boys. She's the one who's taught them the little things in life they need to know to get ready for pre-school.
"I taught them to tie their shoes, their ABCs and numbers," says Jackie.
Jackie has a quiet strength about her. The middle child, Greg, wishes she'd talk and share more, but he understands that's Jackie's way. She's shy, yet respectful and friendly. Plus, she's the one who gently reminds them to mind their manners and, the boys, listen.
Greg loves football and playing outside. Baby brother Claude, just loves his brother and sister, and whatever they like, he loves.
"I like my brother and I love my sister," he says while freely jumping to Greg's side.
It's unimaginable for these three to remain in separate homes. They want to be adopted together so they can heal from the realities of being abandoned and neglected.
This trio understands the dynamics of family, they're a family of three. However, they want a mother and father, maybe even other siblings.
The three musketeers are ready to expand the troop in the name of family.
