JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- This week's Restaurant Report takes us to Masala Indian Cuisine on the 98-hundred block of San Jose Blvd. The eatery had 33 violations in all, 22 of those were critical violations- so serious the restaurant was closed until the violations were fixed.
