Jacksonville, Fla. - China One is located in the Harbour Place Shopping Center on the South side off of Atlantic Boulevard. According to the owner the restaurant has been running for 12 years with no problems. Until now... China One topped our list this week with the most number of critical violations such as:
No hand soap at the employee hand wash sink
Using to-go bags as storage in the walk-in cooler
No hot water for the entire restaurant

The owner, Xiu Yong Yang came right in to answer our questions about these violations. She told us she does not use "to-go" bags to store food and showed us there were none in the walk-in cooler. We did see all the food stored properly.
Yang says she takes pride in her business and her kitchen is clean, "Our customers have been around for 10-12 years."
Yang wants her customers to know the violations are fixed including the hot water heater and the hand wash sink. It now has a full bottle of soap for her employees.
Yang says she has taken these violations very seriously and hopes her customers will continue to come in and see her.
