Jacksonville, Fla. - Fla Riders restaurant and lounge in located on Edgewood Avenue in Jacksonville. The restaurant marquee says it's open for breakfast and lunch but on this afternoon we went to speak to the manager the place was dark and no one answered after we knocked and rang the bell. The restaurant had 18 critical violations this week including dead roaches. One large and 15-20 baby roaches were found. The inspector saw rodent activity as 10-15 dry droppings were seen in the kitchen and that's where live flies were found too which is a repeat violation for Fla Riders.
