Well if a couple of flies in the kitchen are critical criteria then I guess 99% of the kitchens, both commercial and domestic should be shut down or maybe even razed. Get real people. I was in the restaurant equipment repair business for quite a few years and have been in many of the establishments in Duval and Clay counties. I can tell you from personal observation that there are few if any immacualte commercial kitchens and they all have bugs of one sort or the other.

Never cared for La Nopalera. Food is marginal at best. Often wonder what it is that some rave about it. Shows how our tastes are so different.
