Jacksonville, Fla. - The Norwood Plaza Flea Market is located on Norwood Avenue on Jacksonville's North side. Besides a number of goods and services they also serve food at the market at the snack bar and food court. It was recently shut down for two days for the following critical violations:
1 live rat in a pot with grease
1 dead rat under the fryer
1 dead rat under the ice machine

We tried to get inside to talk to the manager but no one answered the door. We called the owner of the market, left a message but received no call back. The business is registered to MAF Investments and Melvin Flemming.
