NEWARK, NJ -- If you've ever wondered why some players aren't in love with Super Bowl Media Day, all you have to do is see one in person. After a season of focusing on football and the task at hand, the Tuesday before the big game is reserved for one part football, three parts circus, and that includes the costumed participants.

While you do have a good deal of journalists, Action News included, trying to find all the angles for super Sunday it's hard not to notice the insanity around you. The Metropolitan backdrop for this week's festivities brought out the best and sometimes most outlandish in our business.

For all the naysayers about the weather, the sights and sounds of New York City more than make up for any shortcomings in the forecast. Look forward to some packed specials this weekend as AS360 captures the Super Bowl spirit and shares it with Jacksonville.
