A Bit Stormy in the E. Atlantic

Stormy in E. Atlantic......

Convection has weakened in the Caribbean while a large flare-up of t'storms is over the far E. Atlatnic.  This system is in association with an upper level low & no tropical development is expected as we head to the end of the '12 hurricane season(!).
