"Dorian's" remnants are still producing numerous heavy t'storms east of Puerto Rico.  While rather impressive on satellite & now shrugging off the dry mid & upper level air, shear would appear to be prohibitive for redevelopment.  The wave will be near S. Fl. about midweek.

So....at this point....few if any impacts -- at least of much consequence -- can be expected for the First Coast (or any of Fl.) as what's left of "Dorian" moves south of the First Coast.  There will be the threat for heavy rain -- especially across the south half of Fl. -- Wed. & Thu.

In the Central Pacific...tropical storm "Flossie" is headed for Hawaii.  "Flossie" is expected to reach the big island & Maui Mon. with sustained winds of near 60 mph.  Heavy rain, strong winds and rough seas & surf will affect Hawaii through Tue.
