Large Ocean Storm in the N. Atlantic......

An expansive ocean storm -- low pressure -- is over the N. Atlantic - there will be no tropical development.
There is a lot of convection near Central America, especially on the Pacific side.  Some slow development -- either in the E. Pacific or SW corner of the Caribbean is possible.
